Recycling of an old house in Paso Molino, Montevideo UY.

A first block is proposed with four loft-type and duplex dwellings in the pre-existing volume, where the patio house typology is reinterpreted, taking advantage of its height by mezzanine its interiors. In conjunction with a new block at the back of two houses, a series of intermediate patios with gardens for exclusive use in direct contact with their ground floors is generated.
