A single-family summer house is projected in the Aguas Dulces resort, Rocha, UY.
Two longitudinal monolithic walls make up the ground floor for social use. These limits contain the interior and exterior spaces and screen visuals towards the exterior.
On these walls a light volume perches transversely, with a program of bedrooms and private areas.
